  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme (or 1 tsp dried thyme)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 cup beef broth (optional, for extra moisture)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prep the beef and potatoes by cutting beef into 1-inch cubes and halving potatoes. Place in slow cooker.
