- 16 oz of cream cheese, softened

- 2 cups of fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, ½ cup of sugar, and melted butter. Mix until resembles wet sand and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, 1 cup of sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add the eggs to the cream cheese mixture, beating well after each addition. Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and bake for 55-60 minutes until the edges are set and center is slightly jiggly. Cool in the oven for an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
