Instructions

  3. After 15 minutes, add the diced potatoes to the pot. Continue simmering for another 15-20 minutes, or until the lentils and potatoes are tender.
  4. Taste the soup and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper as needed. Ladle into bowls, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot with crusty bread for a complete meal.
