- 4 large tortillas
- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- Β½ cup Caesar dressing
- ΒΌ cup grated parmesan cheese
- Optional: croutons for added crunch
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 15 minutes.
- Chop romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
- Grill marinated shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Assemble wraps by layering tortilla with romaine, grilled shrimp, Caesar dressing, parmesan cheese, and optional croutons. Roll tightly to serve.
Notes
- Wrap leftovers tightly and refrigerate for up to 2 days. Reheat on the grill, avoiding the microwave.
