Delight in the soothing blend of floral Earl Grey tea and sweet cherries with this Delicious Cherry Earl Grey Milk Tea, perfect for hot or iced enjoyment at any time of year.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons Earl Grey tea leaves or 2 Earl Grey tea bags
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 cup fresh cherries, pitted and halved
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or sweetener of choice
  • Ice cubes (optional for iced version)
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the water in a medium saucepan until it reaches a rolling boil.
  2. Remove from heat and add the Earl Grey tea; steep for about 5 minutes and strain.
  3. Add the milk to the brewed tea and stir. Allow to cool for iced version.
  4. Muddle fresh cherries with sugar to create a puree and mix it into the tea.
