Instructions
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut into cubes and coat lightly with cornstarch.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat, and fry tofu cubes until golden brown on all sides (about 10 minutes).
- In a saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and sesame oil, simmering over low heat for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
