Instructions
- Marinate the chicken by whisking together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts in the marinade and let sit for 30 minutes or overnight in the fridge.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the marinated chicken in a baking dish, optionally drizzling some leftover marinade over the chicken.
- Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
