Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice & Takedown Policy

Recipes4Dinner (“Website”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner (or an authorized agent), and you believe that content available on Recipes4Dinner infringes your copyright, please submit a written DMCA Takedown Notice to our designated Copyright Agent with the following details:

If you believe that material you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a Counter-Notification. Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Identification of the material that was removed and its prior location on Recipes4Dinner.

  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.

  3. Your name, address, phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts in your location and will accept service of process from the party that filed the original DMCA notice.

  4. Your physical or electronic signature.

Recipes4Dinner reserves the right to terminate user accounts that are found to repeatedly infringe copyright laws.
